Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage a panel of brokers, developing strategic and transactional opportunities.
  • Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and risk engineering teams to deliver value to our stakeholders.
  • Drive communication, transparency, and accountability across broker relationships and internal teams.
  • Analyse competitor intelligence and develop plans to gain market advantage.
  • Design and implement relationship infrastructure across relevant lines and segments.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of industry experience in a broker-facing or strategic sales role.
  • Membership of an Australian professional association equivalent to ANZIIF CIP.
  • Strong knowledge of underwriting and claims processes.
  • Proven ability to develop long-term business relationships and strategic plans.
