Maximize your sales potential in a dynamic customer-facing role. We are seeking an experienced Customer Relationship Specialist to drive our rural water storage solutions forward.

About the Role:

You will play a key part in providing exceptional customer service via telephone and email, converting inbound sales inquiries and leads into orders. Your strong communication skills and product knowledge will enable you to build lasting relationships with customers and deliver results-driven solutions.

The Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with sales inquiries and provide timely responses to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Process orders, create quotes, and follow up with issued documentation efficiently
  • Select the best product to suit customers' needs and exceed their expectations
  • Manage email, phone, and social media inquiries from new, existing, and potential customers
  • Enter complex sales orders into the CRM database accurately
  • Become a subject matter expert for rural water storage solutions and provide guidance to colleagues
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales team and collaborate effectively to drive business growth
About You:

We are looking for a motivated and organized individual with experience in sales and customer service. A tertiary qualification in administration, business, or sales, or equivalent industry experience is preferred. Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and excellent interpersonal and people management skills are essential.
