Job Description">

As a Sales Consultant, you will be part of a dynamic team that delivers exceptional customer service and builds strong relationships with guests.

This role is primarily responsible for guiding guests through the buying process with high quality service, while delivering the best solution to meet their needs.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Present yourself professionally and establish good working relationships with all departments
  • Listen, understand and be responsive to customers' needs
  • Know and understand the sales process including the value of each step
Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a genuine, friendly and authentic individual with a passion for customer service. You will also need to:

  • Possess prior automotive sales experience (desirable but not essential)
  • Be motivated and driven with a passion for sales
  • Have a proven track record of meeting KPIs and sales targets
  • Have or be willing to obtain a Motor Vehicle Salesperson Licence
  • Be able to perform well in high pressure environments
  • Have strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Have valid Australian working rights and a driver's licence
