Role Overview

We are seeking a Digital Operations Manager to lead the performance of our digital portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day functionality of digital services ensuring smooth performance and timely resolution of technical issues.
  • Collaborate with teams to optimise digital assets for discoverability, quality and consumer navigation.
  • Monitor key metrics and deliver reports to drive improvements and demonstrate value.
  • Partner with stakeholders to set meaningful KPIs and communicate outcomes across the business.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives and identify opportunities for optimisation.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience managing consumer-facing digital products or services.
  • Strong background in maintaining and optimising websites or digital health tools.
  • Skilled in analytics with experience turning data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
