We're seeking a leader to spearhead our Digital Client Solutions team, driving Structured Portfolio Solutions (SPS) across the business. This role requires collaboration with key partners to design, drive, and maintain our Global Talent Management System (GTMS). You will lead a globally connected team and work closely with colleagues in Australia.

This is an exciting opportunity to drive improved connectivity amongst all areas of the business, working with Operations to design and drive process consistency and carrier management across all SPS. You will also focus on driving our GTMS and adherence to it in this area.

Your responsibilities will include leading a team dedicated to servicing Affinity and Digital Client Solutions businesses, representing these groups in the insurance market, and strategically positioning our relationships with underwriters.

You will resolve rules of engagement for structured placement between Broking, Segments, and Product owners. Thought leadership is critical in driving our position in the market, and you will develop data and analytics strategies that deliver value to clients.

Additional responsibilities include assisting with Claims Advocacy and E&O remediation, leading a hard-working and engaged team, mentoring, and developing skills. You will also drive and support talent acquisition and contribute to positive engagement levels across the business.

To succeed in this role, you must possess strong willingness to achieve connectivity across product and solution lines. You should be able to connect with colleagues locally and globally, possessing strong team leadership skills to manage tight deadlines and challenging expectations.

Problem-solving is critical, and you must be adaptable to challenges and lead stakeholders effectively. Broad carrier relationships are required at multiple levels, including detailed negotiation and escalation.

Able to lead sophisticated projects, you must possess attention to detail and ability to understand tell-tale signs of where such projects are going off course. Strong relationship building capability and network development are essential, as well as influencing and educating colleagues in circumstances where obstacles may arise.
