You will be responsible for overseeing financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, arrears management, and reporting. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with legislation, policies, and best-practice standards.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to streamline processes and improve service delivery. You will also support the integration of new communities into the operational portfolio and drive initiatives that strengthen resident satisfaction, engagement, and retention.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven multi-site operational management experience in land lease, property, hospitality, or facilities management
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and performance metrics
