Claims Resolution Specialist

We're seeking a Claims Resolution Specialist to support our customers during challenging times. You'll be responsible for managing low-complexity claims from start to finish.

Your focus will be on resolving claims promptly by developing effective strategies, providing regular status updates, and communicating proactively with our customers to ensure a positive experience.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage claims end-to-end: Oversee low-complexity claims from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and timely resolution.
  • Confirm coverage & assess liability: Gather facts, apply relevant laws, and issue appropriate notices and correspondence for new and ongoing claims.
  • Keep data accurate: Capture and update claims information in line with best practices and compliance standards.
  • Follow governance requirements: Ensure all claims activities meet our governance requirements, policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.
  • Communicate proactively: Provide regular updates and support to customers, ensuring they feel informed and cared for throughout their claim.

Important qualifications – let's grow together:

  • Experience: You have managed end-to-end claims, including assessing liability, gathering information, and working towards timely resolution. Ideally, you bring 1–2 years' experience handling claims.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant legislation, policies, and compliance requirements is an advantage.
  • Customer focus: You have a background in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on delivering positive experiences and effective communication.
