About the Role:

Source Security is seeking a skilled Technical Sales Support Specialist to support the launch of our new Sydney store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Become an expert in electronic security systems, including access control, intrusion alarms, CCTV, and IP camera systems.
  • Engage with customers, recommend tailored solutions, and provide pre- and post-sales technical support.
  • Show customers that we care by putting them first in all circumstances.
  • Lead customer success by assisting with system design, installation, troubleshooting, and warranty repairs.
  • Drive additional sales by identifying upsell opportunities and supporting the sales team at the trade counter.
  • Own the process by quoting, processing orders, and assisting with stock control, packing, and other warehouse duties when needed.

About You:

We're looking for a people person who thrives in customer-facing roles, building strong, lasting relationships.

You should be self-motivated, taking initiative and not waiting for direction.

Tech curiosity is a must, with a basic understanding of IP and networking principles.

You're a problem-solver who can think on your feet, ask the right questions, and come up with creative solutions.

Previous experience in tech sales support within the Security or IT industry is desirable, and familiarity with systems like CCTV, access control, and intercoms is ideal.
