About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Technical Sales Support Specialist to join our team at Source Security. As a key member of our Sydney store launch, you will play a critical role in shaping the success of our brand-new store and setting a new industry standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with electronic security systems including access control, intrusion alarms, CCTV, and IP camera systems.
  • Engage and support customers, recommending tailored solutions and providing pre- and post-sales technical support.
  • Lead customer success by assisting with system design, installation, troubleshooting, and warranty repairs.
  • Drive additional sales by identifying upsell opportunities and supporting the sales team at the trade counter.
  • Own the process by quoting, processing orders, and assisting with stock control, packing, and other warehouse duties when needed.

About You:

We are looking for a people person who thrives in customer-facing roles, building strong, lasting relationships. You should be self-motivated, taking initiative and not waiting for direction. A basic understanding of IP and networking principles is essential, and previous experience in tech sales support within the Security or IT industry is a plus.
