Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule appointments, maintain diaries, receive and assist visitors, and redirect telephone calls.
  • Take minutes of meetings and distribute to attendees, coordinate room bookings, functions, and events, and organise conferences.
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Provide advice on office procedures, word processing services, and produce advanced desktop published documents.
  • Undertake work across a broad range of regional services activities to support the region and schools.
  • Use spreadsheets and databases to prepare communication material, reports, submissions, briefing material, and correspondence.
  • Maintain efficient filing systems and monitor correspondence flow.
  • Coordinate and disseminate information to office personnel, and manage records management activities.
Requirements:
  • High-level IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Liaise with officers, schools, government agencies, educational institutions, and community representatives.
