Regional Director Support Specialist

- Arrange timely scheduling of appointments, meetings, and documentation preparation on behalf of the Regional Director.
- Liaise and negotiate with agency staff, Ministerial staff, and public sector personnel on confidential matters.
- Prepare agenda papers and monitor follow-up action for committees.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support services, including human resources maintenance and staff audits.
We are looking for an organized and proactive individual with experience providing high-quality confidential executive support and managing a varied workload.
To be successful in this role, you will have experience producing reports, briefing papers, and knowledge of records management processes.
You will also possess effective communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
About the Role:This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting the Northern Region team.
As a key member of the department, you will contribute to the protection of children, young people, and their families within South Australia.
