About the Role

As a valued member of our team, you will provide exceptional support to senior officers, ensuring seamless operations in our regional office. You will prepare, coordinate, and disseminate information while liaising with clients and community bodies on behalf of regional officers.

Your Responsibilities
  • Schedule appointments, receive and assist visitors, identify client needs, and redirect telephone calls.
  • Take minutes of meetings and distribute to attendees, coordinate room bookings, functions, and events, and organise conferences.
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation for team members.
  • Provide expert advice on administrative procedures, offer word processing services, and produce high-quality documents.
  • Pursue work across a range of regional services activities to support educational institutions.
  • Utilize spreadsheets and databases to facilitate tasks and assist in the preparation of communication material and reports.
  • Maintain an efficient filing system and monitor correspondence to ensure effective communication.
  • Disseminate vital information to office personnel and stakeholders.
