Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Organisational and Workforce Transformation team. As a Manager, you will work closely with clients to scope, plan, and deliver complex transformation programs that drive business value and lasting results.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced change consultant and leader to join our team and contribute to the success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead change programs working to manage and support team members
  • Scope and manage delivery of change work to a client or customer
  • Plan and conduct workplace or organisational change in a large or complex organisation
  • Facilitate change planning including stakeholder identification, business impact analysis and change management planning
  • Design for business including persona development, storytelling, design thinking workshops, human centred design
  • Manage the commercial considerations of a project
  • Experience in tech adoption with a proven track record managing large scale transformation projects
Requirements
  • A solid consulting experience with a proven track record leading change programs
  • Ability to influence and sense the environment with strong communication skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a drive to continuously improve
  • Experienced in working in complex and dynamic environments with a proven ability to adapt and respond to changes and adjustments
  • Able to interact with and influence senior stakeholders within the client's organisation
  • A coach and mentor to others with a passion for growth and development
