Our organisation is seeking an experienced professional to lead the change-management program for our business school. This full-time, fixed-term position will oversee the design, development and implementation of change management deliverables.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage change-management streams through transition to future-state, ensuring seamless execution of change deliverables.
  • Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to engage all parties and ensure business readiness.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, fostering positive engagement throughout the change process.
  • Work closely with other stream leads to identify, understand and facilitate transition activities.
  • Align transition activities with the scope and scale of business impacts resulting from the changes.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in complex transformation programs, preferably within higher education.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage change programs, including designing, developing and implementing change deliverables.
  • Comprehensive understanding of project and change management framework and governance methodologies and tools.
  • Skilled in collaborating with project sponsors, managers and owners to engage stakeholders and ensure business readiness.
