Business Transformation Expert

This role involves leading impactful change initiatives that drive business outcomes and partner success. The successful candidate will ensure the organization is equipped to own and deliver the benefits of this significant transformational program.

Main Responsibilities
  • Engage stakeholders to assess customer and colleague impacts and develop effective change strategies.
  • Lead end-to-end change planning and delivery, aligned with organizational readiness and governance frameworks.
  • Identify and mitigate risks across initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions for impacted groups.
  • Coach leaders and collaborate across workstreams to support consistent change delivery.
  • Ensure quality documentation and adherence to change and value delivery frameworks.

A flexible hybrid work model is offered. Applicants from various locations are welcome.

About You
  • At least 5 years of complex organisational change management experience, including experience with financial services and/or insurance.
  • Extensive experience leading large, complex technology-related programs of work.
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities while maintaining focus on outcomes.
  • Change Management experience in an Agile and Continuous Delivery approach.
  • Strong leadership skills through change – with the ability to drive business results through others and uplift change leadership capability within a program of work.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex delivery and technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language.
  • Strong ability to drive and execute end-to-end behaviour change.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management and engagement, with a track record of building deep relationships and influencing across teams.
  • Relevant industry or specialist qualifications.
