Lead Business Transformation
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced change management professional to lead our business transformation initiative.
About the Role:
This is a high-visibility program that requires effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in delivering complex change initiatives, preferably within a distributed frontline workforce.
They will also possess strong leadership and collaboration skills to drive cultural, process, and ways-of-working changes.
A strong track record of navigating ambiguity, anticipating people risks, and delivering results at pace is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and embed an endorsed change management strategy for the Billing Automation project.
Partner with project leads, business sponsors, and operational leaders to drive alignment and delivery.
Conduct detailed impact assessments and change readiness evaluations.
Develop and execute targeted communications, engagement and training programs.
Monitor progress and use feedback and insights to iterate and improve.

Ability to travel interstate to lead face-to-face engagement and training across our national network of villages.
