At Right at Home, our vision is to provide exceptional care and support to clients across the Perth South Eastern Suburbs area of Western Australia. We are seeking a dedicated Personal Care Worker to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and assisting with daily activities, following the client's care plan.
  • Working closely with Registered Nurses to deliver client-specific care, including personal hygiene, toileting, nutrition, mobility, and more.
  • Identifying client care needs and working collaboratively with the client's care team to ensure high-quality, holistic care.
  • Communicating effectively with clients, their families, and team members.
  • Maintaining accurate daily client notes and promptly reporting any concerns to the RN/Care Manager.

Requirements:

  • Cert III in Aged Care/Disability (or equivalent) for Personal Care Worker
  • Current Senior First Aid HLTAID011 , CPR HLTAID009 and Manual Handling HLTWHS005 (with 3+ months until expiry)
  • A roadworthy and insured vehicle with a current driver's licence
  • NDIS Screening (or willingness to get)
  • Strong expertise in mental health care
  • Willingness to travel and flexibility with shifts
