Senior Home Care Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled individual to provide high-quality home care services to our clients. As a Senior Home Care Specialist, you will work closely with our team to deliver personalized care plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
- Provide daily living assistance, including personal hygiene, toileting, nutrition, mobility, and more.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
- Identify client needs and develop strategies to promote independence and well-being.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and colleagues to ensure smooth care delivery.
About the Role:
- Certification in Aged Care/Disability (or equivalent)
- Current First Aid certification and manual handling skills
- A reliable vehicle with a current driver's license
- NDIS Screening or willingness to obtain
- Strong mental health care expertise and empathy for elderly clients
- Flexibility with shifts and willingness to travel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
