Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Personal Care Worker. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to clients in their own homes.

You will work closely with registered nurses to deliver high-quality care, including personal hygiene, toileting, nutrition, mobility, and more. Your role will involve identifying client care needs and working collaboratively with the care team to ensure holistic care.

As a Personal Care Worker, you will also be responsible for maintaining accurate daily client notes and reporting any concerns to the RN/Care Manager. You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients and contribute to a supportive and positive work environment.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Cert III in Aged Care/Disability (or equivalent)
  • Current Senior First Aid [HLTAID011], CPR [HLTAID009] and Manual Handling [HLTWHS005]
  • Strong expertise in mental health care
  • A roadworthy and insured vehicle with a current driver's licence
  • NDIS Screening (or willingness to get)
