Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and manage customer relationships end-to-end, partnering with internal stakeholders to drive revenue targets and customer outcomes.
  • Develop strategic sales plans, generate pipelines, and orchestrate account teams to ensure mutual success.
  • Utilize data insights to identify and prioritize customer needs and opportunities.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and engage with stakeholders on business planning to promote mutually beneficial customer strategies.
  • Collaborate across Microsoft teams to deliver customer outcomes and build deep trust with customers.
Qualifications

To best deliver on this role's purpose, the following skills and experiences are expected:

Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years experience in account management, including development and execution of strategic account plans.
  • Background in industries such as retail, or relevant experience in consulting or technology.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional virtual teams to deliver business outcomes.
  • Established track record as a trusted advisor to senior executives, with strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience closing large, complex agreements/deals.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years' experience in a relevant industry or leading digital transformation initiatives; or equivalent practical experience.
