Job Description

Teachers Health is seeking a highly skilled Internal Communications Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing an internal communications strategy that enhances engagement of TH Group employees.

  • Drive the internal communications strategy, ensuring alignment with the organisation's vision, mission, and culture.
  • Collaborate with the business to provide communications support and advice for the development of engaging, strategically aligned content for internal channels.
  • Support the CEO and Leadership team with internal communications requirements, building trusted relationships to source content, develop key messages, and disseminate internal communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an internal communications strategy that enhances employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with the business to develop engaging, strategically aligned content for internal channels.
  • Support the CEO and Leadership team with internal communications requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum eight years' experience in a communications or internal communications role.
  • Confidence to partner with and advise Senior / C-level stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management, and influencing skills coupled with the ability to work under pressure, and easily juggle multiple, competing priorities on a daily basis.
