About the Role

We are seeking an experienced International Sales Manager to join our team at Pinnacle. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with key customers in Europe, the Middle East, New Zealand, and APAC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and profitability in allocated markets.
  • Manage customer relationships, including identifying new business opportunities and maintaining existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and customer needs.
  • Provide market insights and trend analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Manage sales reporting, forecasting, and analysis to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in international sales, preferably in the wine industry.
  • Strong understanding of global wine consumer trends and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
