The Role
  • Supervise and manage single-storey homes construction.
  • Allocate materials and trades to job sites efficiently.
  • Ensure timely completion of new homes.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, trades, and management professionally.
  • Inspect completed projects to ensure high standards of quality.
  • Maintain and update company systems.
  • Negotiate with subcontractors and coordinate onsite works.
  • Identify and resolve problems throughout the construction process proactively.
About You
  • Hold 2+ years' experience working as a Site Supervisor in residential home building.
  • Possess a Carpentery background highly regarded.
  • Have a positive and self-motivated approach to work.
  • Display excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously.
Requirements
  • Strong leadership skills are essential.
  • Effective delegation of tasks is required.
  • Proactive issue resolution is necessary.
