Job Title: Revenue And Reservations Manager

About The Role:

We're seeking an experienced revenue management professional to join our team. As a key member of the commercial operations department, you will be responsible for developing and executing revenue management strategies to achieve financial goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute revenue management strategies to maximise revenue growth.
  • Manage the hotel's revenue system, ensuring optimal pricing and inventory management.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor performance, and customer behaviour to inform revenue management decisions.
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to establish revenue targets and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of revenue management strategies.
  • Implement pricing policies, distribution strategies, and promotional activities to drive revenue growth.
  • Lead weekly revenue maximisation meetings with property commercial teams to review performance and discuss strategies for improvement.
  • Ensure best practices are followed to maximise synergies and drive profitability.
  • Utilise revenue management systems and tools to analyse data and generate actionable insights.

Requirements:

  • At least 4-5 years of experience in revenue management, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Technical skills, including a strong understanding of systems and hotel operations.
  • Able to take ownership, solve problems, and make effective decisions.
  • Methodical approach to tasks, with flexibility and calmness under pressure.
  • Possess a positive impact on people, leaving them with a memorable experience.
  • Results-driven, resilient, and goal-oriented, but always brings people along for the journey.
