Leading Revenue Growth is a strategic leadership position responsible for driving revenue maximisation and reservations performance across multiple channels.
As a key member of the pre-opening leadership team, you will be instrumental in preparing HYDE Perth for its grand debut. Your expertise in revenue management will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to achieve financial goals.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and execute revenue management strategies to drive revenue growth and maximise occupancy rates.
- Actively manage the hotel's revenue system, including pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies.
- Analyse market trends, competitor performance, and customer behaviour to inform data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with hotel leadership teams to establish revenue targets and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of revenue management strategies.
- Oversee the implementation of pricing policies, distribution strategies, and promotional activities.
- Lead weekly revenue maximisation meetings with property commercial teams to review performance and discuss strategies for improvement.
- Ensure best practice and standard operating procedures are followed to maximise synergies and drive profitability.
- Utilise revenue management systems and tools to analyse data and generate actionable insights.
- Minimum 4-5 years' experience in revenue management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong technical skills, with a deep understanding of systems and hotel operations.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, with a focus on driving results.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make effective decisions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
