Commercial Insights Role

This is a unique opportunity to secure a position as a Commercial Analyst, where you will be responsible for driving revenue and margin opportunities with a focus on cost minimization.

The ideal candidate will possess advanced Excel skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to manage and analyze large data sets. Additionally, they should have strong analytical skills, enabling them to provide value-added insights to support business growth and decision-making.

The successful applicant will work closely with the Commercial Manager to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis of business trends and performance. They will also be responsible for developing and reviewing site-specific KPIs, metrics, and statistics that drive financial performance, providing timely and accurate information for weekly financial reporting.

Key responsibilities include establishing sound invoicing processes and monitoring to ensure complete and accurate invoicing, resulting in complete revenue capture. The Commercial Analyst will also participate in commercial discussions, new business opportunity financial modeling, preparation of business cases, and customer reporting packs with analysis and commentary.

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work cross-functionally, and a commercially astute mindset. They should also be able to demonstrate their ability to deliver margin improvement by effectively reviewing opportunities across the business.
