About the Role

We're seeking a forward-thinking Business Growth Strategist to craft and execute comprehensive growth plans that significantly boost revenue in Australia.

In this pivotal role, you'll oversee marketing channels, optimise performance, and explore new avenues for customer acquisition.

You'll be responsible for ensuring all growth initiatives are integrated, data-driven, and aligned with our business objectives.

  • Growth Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement growth strategies that align with our objectives and drive substantial revenue growth.
  • Channel Management & Optimisation: Provide strategic oversight for established channels (e.g., Google Ads, SEO, CRM, paid social) to maximise performance.
  • Data-Driven Growth: Utilise advanced analytics tools (GA4, LookerStudio, DataStudio) to track performance, optimise marketing spend, and maximise ROI.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with SEO, CRM, CRO, and product teams to create an integrated approach to growth.
Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Skills & Experience: Strong experience in start-up environments, proven track record of scaling from 5M ARR to 30M ARR in 2-3 years.
  • Market & Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the Australian market, including consumer behaviour, competitive landscape, and regulatory considerations.
  • Leadership & Team Development: Lead and expand a team of channel specialists, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
