Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute revenue management strategies to achieve financial goals.
  • Manage the Hotel's revenue system, analysing market trends, competitor performance, and customer behaviour.
  • Analyse data to assess the effectiveness of revenue management strategies and make data-driven adjustments.
  • Implement pricing policies, distribution strategies, and promotional activities.
  • Lead weekly revenue maximisation meetings with property commercial teams.
  • Ensure best practices are followed to maximise synergies and drive profitability.
  • Utilise revenue management systems and tools to generate actionable insights.
Qualifications and Skills
  • 4-5 years of experience in revenue management, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong technical skills, with a solid understanding of systems and hotel operations.
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Methodical approach to tasks, flexibility, and calmness under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on creating memorable experiences for colleagues and guests.
  • Ability to work across teams, aligning with sales and marketing efforts.
