Centre Manager Role

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Centre Manager to lead our team and drive operational excellence.

  • Production Workshop Management: Oversee production management of the workshop to ensure targets are achieved and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition in accordance with quality expectations.
  • Quality, Quotes, Parts, and Vehicle Management: Ensure comprehensive and accurate quotes, QA inspections, and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
  • Customer Service and Stakeholder Management: Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and work providers through prompt, professional, and friendly interactions.
  • Profit and Loss, Reporting, and Administration: Ensure that the site operates profitably. Prepare and review financial reports, budgets, job costings, KPIs, and management reports to understand site performance.
  • Leadership and People Management: Oversee staffing on site, ensure staffing levels and processes are in place, and proactively build and maintain positive work provider relationships.
  • Work Health and Safety (WHS): Maintain a safe site by managing the WHS system, following all WHS policies and procedures, and reporting and addressing safety incidents/near misses immediately.
