The Role

As a Reliability Expert, you will play a key role in helping us achieve our goals by applying your knowledge and skills to drive improvement in asset reliability. Your work will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability considerations are integrated into project designs and operations.

Your Responsibilities

  • Conduct reliability assessments and develop improvement plans.
  • Collaborate with teams to integrate reliability considerations into project designs and operations.
  • Monitor and report on asset performance and reliability.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to maintenance and operations teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in reliability engineering, preferably within the water industry or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of reliability engineering principles and methodologies.
  • Experience with reliability analysis tools and software.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
