The Role
As a Reliability Expert, you will play a key role in helping us achieve our goals by applying your knowledge and skills to drive improvement in asset reliability. Your work will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability considerations are integrated into project designs and operations.
Your Responsibilities
- Conduct reliability assessments and develop improvement plans.
- Collaborate with teams to integrate reliability considerations into project designs and operations.
- Monitor and report on asset performance and reliability.
- Provide technical support and guidance to maintenance and operations teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in reliability engineering, preferably within the water industry or similar.
- Strong knowledge of reliability engineering principles and methodologies.
- Experience with reliability analysis tools and software.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
