About the Role

\

As a Digital Advertising Solutions Specialist on our Ad Sales team in Australia, you will use your experience selling digital advertising solutions to large advertisers and their ad agencies in Australia and New Zealand to successfully grow and scale their revenues. You will act as a strategic partner to assigned brands or clients, selling a broad range of advertising solutions that meet their business goals. You will also use your networking and prospecting skills to identify, develop, and manage new accounts or brands that complement our existing roster and help reach personal revenue targets.

You'll be supported by our operations team, other senior sellers, and benefit from working alongside the leadership team that has charted our explosive growth.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • \
  • Bachelor's degree\
  • 5+ years of Marketing, Brand Advertising, Media Sales, and/or Online Advertising experience\
  • Experience working closely with brands and agencies\
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently close sales and generate revenues\
  • Strong track record of high-level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management\
  • Strong analytical abilities\
  • Ability to interact with a broad set of businesses and present both over the phone and in person\
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and good follow-through\
  • 4+ years selling programmatic and/or data-driven ad products or platforms\

  • $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience\
  • Base salary is competitive and includes benefits like health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.\
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in digital advertising sales, a deep understanding of the Australian market, and excellent communication skills.\
