About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Advertising Revenue Growth Specialist to join our Ad Sales team in Australia. As a strategic partner, you will use your expertise to sell a broad range of advertising solutions to large advertisers and their ad agencies, ensuring their business goals are met. Your primary focus will be to grow and scale revenues, develop new accounts, and manage existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell digital advertising solutions to large advertisers and their ad agencies in Australia and New Zealand
  • Act as a strategic partner to assigned brands or clients, developing and implementing customized advertising strategies
  • Use consultative approach and understanding of the digital advertising landscape to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and manage new accounts or brands to complement our existing roster and drive revenue growth
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Brand Advertising, Media Sales, or Online Advertising
  • 5+ years of experience working closely with brands and agencies, consistently closing sales and generating revenues
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate high-level agreements and manage internal and external relationships
  • Strong analytical abilities and excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to interact with a diverse set of businesses and present effectively both over the phone and in person
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and good follow-through
