Job Title: Administration & Member Assistant - Southside Rugby

We are seeking an administration professional with a passion for sport and a flexible team attitude to join our rugby club as a member assistant. The ideal candidate will have experience in administration, customer service, and technical skills such as Microsoft Office, Xero, Adobe suite, and Canva.

About the Role:

  • This is not a traditional 9-to-5 Monday-to-Friday role. We require flexibility to work outside regular office hours, including evenings and Saturdays, to support training nights, home games, and open days.
  • You will be responsible for accurate player and volunteer registration into our database, management of player merchandise and team equipment, promotion of the club via social media, clearance for players moving between clubs, home game and event assistance, judicial administration and liaison, database maintenance and report production, and stationery ordering and OH&S requirements.
