The Rugby Pathway Director will lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive rugby pathway program for Colts teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with local schools, clubs, and other stakeholders to promote the program and attract top talent.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced rugby professional to join our team as a Pathway Director. As a key member of our coaching staff, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a rugby pathway program that prepares young players for success in premier-grade competition.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive rugby pathway program for Colts teams.
- B build and maintain relationships with local schools, clubs, and other stakeholders to promote the program and attract top talent.
- Leverage your expertise to develop and deliver coaching clinics, workshops, and training sessions for players and coaches.
- Work closely with our coaching staff to identify and develop talented young players for future success.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual who is passionate about rugby development and has a proven track record of success in similar roles. Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A World Rugby Level 3 Coach qualification or higher.
- Experience in developing and implementing rugby programs for young players.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
