Colts Pathway Manager Opportunity

At Sunnybank Rugby Union Club, we are seeking an experienced and passionate Pathway Manager to lead our Colts program. With a rich tradition of producing elite talent and a commitment to developing the game at every level, this is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our club's Colts team.


The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire young players to reach their full potential. They will also possess a strong understanding of the rugby development pathway and be able to provide guidance and support to coaches and players alike.


Key Responsibilities:
  • To lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the Colts program
  • To develop and maintain effective relationships with coaches, players, and other stakeholders
  • To provide coaching and mentoring support to junior coaches and players

We are looking for someone who shares our passion for rugby and is committed to helping us achieve our goal of becoming one of the premier rugby clubs in Australia. Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in coaching or sports development
  • Proven track record of success in leading teams or programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
