Colts Programme Leader

We seek a talented professional to shape future Colts programme.
This exciting opportunity involves leading entire Colts programme, with support from Director of Rugby and General Manager. You'll have access to top-notch rugby facilities in Queensland to deliver high-performance outcomes.
You will build pathways that transition Colts players into Premier Grade and create lasting legacy.
About Role- Head Coach Colts 1 while overseeing all Colts teams (Colts 2-4 and Junior Colts).
- Lead and mentor coaches to deliver consistent, professional programme.
- Drive player recruitment, retention, and development across Colts.
- Deliver Mick Ramsay Academy (U15-U19 identified athletes).
- Partner with Junior Pathways Manager to strengthen player pipeline.
- World Rugby Level 3 Coach experience.
- High-performance rugby experience.
- Demonstrated success in player and coach development.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Willingness to live locally and integrate into community.
