**About the role**

As our Club Manager you will be a crucial member of the team and will be accountable for ensuring the effective overall management of the club. This will need to be done in such a way as to achieve all agreed targets and effectively lead the team by embracing a balanced approach to managing the business and cultivating an environment in which our BELONG values can thrive.

**Job Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Achieving sales targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Developing relationships with members and creating an awesome club culture
- Driving marketing and advertising campaigns
- Promotion of the club within the local community
- Maintaining the club's 5 star appearance
- Adhoc administration tasks - filing, scanning etc
- A vibrant, helpful personality, where talking to people comes naturally
- Excellent communication and customer service/sales skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as a strong team leader
- Efficient time management skills
- Ability to learn new computer systems quickly

**The Role**
- Oversee club operations daily, including achieving KPI's
- Generating leads and following up with prospects
- Developing and maintaining B2B partnerships
- Managing financial, administrative, computer-based operations
- Greeting and engaging with members on the Club floor and improving their member experience
- Social media promotion of the Anytime Fitness brand
- Showing guests our facilities and highlighting the club's features and benefits

**About you**

Do you have the following experience and qualities?
- Management experience
- Sales and marketing experience
- Demonstrated experience leading, coaching and developing high-performance teams
- Passion for delivering excellence in customer service
- A bright and positive personality
- Desirable qualifications in fitness but not essential
