Carina Junior Rugby League Football Club is home to the mighty Tigers and is based out of 1390 Creek Rd, Carina, Australia. The club offers rugby league for boys and girls from under 6's to open age for adults. As a community-focused organization, we pride ourselves on promoting teamwork, sportsmanship, and a love for rugby league.

Role Description

This is a pro-bono role, located in Brisbane, QLD.

The Treasurer and Member of the Executive will be responsible for overseeing the financial management of the club. Monthly tasks include reviewing financial statements, managing budgets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing financial advice to the executive committee. The role also involves attending executive meetings (monthly), reporting on the financial status of the club, and assisting with fundraising activities.

  • Quarterly BAS and Super lodgements
  • Financial management and budgeting
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the executive committee
  • Experience in non-profit or sports club financial management is a plus
