Drill Industry Sales Manager

Our team is seeking an experienced drilling professional to step into a pivotal sales and customer support role, driving growth across our Caterpillar rotary surface drill product line.

Job Description:

  • Drive sales growth of Caterpillar rotary surface drills and aftermarket parts
  • Act as the customer's advocate, ensuring product performance and support meet operational needs
  • Lead, coach and develop a small team of Equipment Specialists

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of the drilling industry
  • Proven success in business development, sales or account management
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing financial and operational outcomes
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing or equivalent experience
