Job Title

We are seeking a driven and organized Business Partner to contribute to the continuous improvement of our HR function. This role involves assisting in operational management, developing strong working relationships with operational managers and team members, and driving career opportunities and growth.

  • Contribute to HR process improvements to achieve organizational KPIs.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of the Operational Management System (OMS).
  • Oversight of disciplinary processes, including authorization for employment termination.
  • Internal auditing support and maintenance of employee records.
  • Onboarding and integration of new personnel.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A background in HR/ER/P&C.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience managing people and teams.
