**Job Opportunity:**

HR Business Partner Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of business objectives by providing expert HR advice and guidance.

About the Role:
  • Provide strategic HR advice and support to management teams to ensure alignment with business objectives;
  • Develop and implement effective HR policies, procedures and systems to support business growth and development;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports to inform business decisions;
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the central HR inbox and respond to employee enquiries in a timely and professional manner;
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address HR-related issues and opportunities for improvement;
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge;
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in an HR Business Partner role or similar;
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices and legislation;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
