About the Role
This role is an excellent opportunity in a dynamic business where you will play a key part in supporting our people in a rapidly evolving environment. Success in this role relies on your ability to be confident and proactive, with strong customer service skills and a flexible approach that achieves the best outcomes for the organization while supporting our people.
Your knowledge of contemporary human resources will enable you to influence managers and advocate for our positive culture, while growing your HR generalist skills in a practical environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the Talent Acquisition Team with recruitment as required
- Employee onboarding
- Coordinating the performance review process
- Lead the Health and Wellbeing Program
- Providing support for the day-to-day operations of the People and Culture function
- Implementing people and culture strategies for Training and Development, Employee Retention and Engagement, and Health and Wellbeing
- Assist with the coordination of company events
- Adhoc administration tasks
Essential Skills and Attributes
- A Human Resources or related Business Degree or Diploma
- An understanding of different industrial instruments, including Enterprise Agreements, Modern Awards, and Australian Legislation
- Working within a team effectively
- MS office skills (intermediate)
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service focus
- Problem analysis and decision making
