**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources professional to join our team as a People and Culture Advisor.

This role will involve providing expert advice and support to the business on all aspects of people management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and talent development.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including briefing, advertising, screening, and onboarding experience for a wide range of positions.
  • Provide coaching, training, and guidance to team members, supervisors, and managers on people processes, policy, and legislation.
  • Participate in workplace investigations, performance, and disciplinary processes to ensure fair and consistent outcomes.
  • Drive positive people initiatives across the diverse workforce, including activations, events, training, and education projects.
