Human Resources Generalist Role

This position is responsible for delivering human resources services and coordinating injury management outcomes. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team that provides support to employees and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate injury management processes to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Administer professional development activities to build workforce capability and enhance job satisfaction.
  • Assist with generalist human resources processes, including recruitment, talent management, and employee relations.
  • Ensure effective administration, systems, service, and records management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of injury management and people management practices and systems.
  • Sound understanding and application of generalist human resource best practices.
  • Demonstrated strong digital literacy, attention to detail, organisational, data entry, and document processing capabilities.
  • Ability to effectively work with students, colleagues, and the community.
  • Dedication to integrity, reliability, sound judgement, service, and risk adversity.
  • Qualifications in Human Resources and Return to Work Coordinator certificate well regarded.
  • Working with Children Blue Card and First Aid certification well regarded.
