
Human Resources Generalist

The HR Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the organization's Human Resources function.
This includes maintaining accurate employee records, managing data entry for new employees, and driving the company's Training and Development process.
Additionally, the HR Coordinator will be responsible for managing social and community engagement initiatives, drafting HR letters and compliance documents, and assisting with onboarding/offboarding and recruitment processes.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to work independently, and have strong communication skills.
They will also have intermediate to advanced level Microsoft Office skills and experience with HR systems is highly desirable.
- Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
- Manage data entry for all new employees, ensuring accuracy of information.
- Drive the company's Training and Development process, including planning and coordinating training sessions.
- Manage social and community engagement initiatives, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Draft HR letters and compliance documents as required, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding, recruitment processes, and coordinate pre-employment checks (references, visas, licenses, medicals, and police checks).
