You will be assisting the broader team and driving process improvements through the payroll function and broader business, reporting directly to the Payroll Manager.
The ideal candidate will possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with exposure to high volume / fast-paced Payroll environments.
Responsibilities:- Preparing and processing payroll on a weekly basis.
- Completing new starter and employee terminations.
- Award interpretation and applying relevant policies and procedures.
- Reviewing and uploading time and attendance files.
- Providing support to management with month-end tasks.
- Supporting management through month and year-end processes which includes preparing superannuation, payroll tax, WorkCover and executive bonus calculations.
- Responding to payroll related queries.
- Assisting with the management of the payroll team.
- 5+ years end to end payroll experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- iChris or Chris21 experience required.
This position offers a competitive salary of $110,000 plus superannuation.
Located in Western suburbs, this opportunity provides onsite car parking and is close to home.
