About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced individual who can provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive a high level of service and that our food and beverage areas are presented to the highest standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Fantastic customer service skills with the ability to handle a high volume of guests
  • Previous experience in a hospitality environment, preferably in a food and beverage role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Stock control experience
  • A current valid driver's licence
