Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to play a vital role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional dining experience.

Your responsibilities will include warmly greeting customers, taking orders, processing payments, and expertly preparing and serving food and beverages.

  • Provide a warm welcome to customers, inform them about specials, and efficiently process orders and payments.
  • Serve and deliver food and beverages, including wine, beer, cocktails, and coffee as necessary.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in work and dining areas, including regular restocking and sanitization.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional service.
  • Adhere to food safety regulations and quality standards.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and listening skills. Physical stamina is also required to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.

You must have barista knowledge and prior experience working in a fast-paced environment.
