Food and Beverage Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Operations Manager to lead our team in Brisbane. As a key member of the hospitality staff, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery across various departments.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, be able to work well under pressure and have a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily food and beverage operations, including addressing any maintenance and cleaning issues promptly.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of food and beverage team members.
- Work a flexible roster, including shift work, weekends, and public holidays.
- Promote breakfast orders and manage day-to-day conference and events.
Requirements:
- Barista Coffee Skills
- Hold a current RSA license
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with POS systems (Infrasys or other Point of Sale Systems)
