F&B Service Manager
About the Role:This leadership position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage outlets.
The F&B Service Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, maintaining high standards of service quality, and fostering a productive team environment.
To excel in this role, you will oversee the preparation and organization of food and beverage areas, supervise team members, and work closely with the leadership team to address training needs and improve business operations.
Your key objectives will include:
- Leading and managing a team of food and beverage attendants to achieve excellent customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and safety.
- Assisting with staff development and providing coaching and mentoring to enhance their skills and performance.
- Ensuring all food and beverage areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
- Prior supervisory experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices in food safety and hygiene.
- Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
